Comfortable Colour

A little drizzle plus a hole in the dog yard = YIKES! Bath time again!!! Emma knows the best places to get dirty! She once again made a bee-line to the ditch...the same spot she took Barbie on their first walk together.

Addendum

So this was the cause of all the mess! Someone had an escape plan! It took me all of ten minutes to fill it up...baths for two poodles; that took a little longer!
I love the smiles on the girls!
Beautiful clean Barbie...worth the effort, but I hope she waits a bit before getting her comfortable colour again!

This could be one of the reasons that brown poos are my favorite. ;)

now I remember why we put sods down and have cement in the pen if we have to use i :) I'm tired thinking of the work ahead of you.

Why is it that shelties (and poodles too, apparently!) always seem to get dirty just after they've been perfectly groomed!

Loving the photo’s Kim!
We linked back and took a look at ‘Barbie and Emma’s Excellent Adventure’ when they had their first visit with the creek. Keith just commented that one of the best things about your blog is your wonderful comments! Thanks for giving us such great moments with life at Fox Hill Farm!
Happy Bathing!

Sherri: Brown? Why didn't I think of that? We chose our last Van colour (tan) because we lived on a dirt road!

IHS: Our dog yard is pea stone, but it requires regular maintenance. A little yard work was all that was needed!

Nat: Four baths for two poodles in four days...too much!

Bente: Love my dogs, even when I don't recognize them as my dogs! ha ha

Diana: I have a few more Pooh quotes to use...he has a way with words!

Chrissy: We're very bonded, VERY bonded. I have never bathed so many dogs. Thank goodness for the dog tub, at least it is easy and convenient.

Heather: Thanks! I had to take a photo of Barbie; she was so completely unrecognizable! Of course she was trying to leap on me when I was attempting to get the shot...so she looks a bit dejected in the photo! She's was much happier after the bath.

Bren: It was a bit much this week...especially back to back baths on Bunny! I knew what I was getting into with the white Poodles...but I figured one bath a week, not two! ha ha
