Sorry my blog isn't more exciting! We have a dinner party for ten on Saturday and that is on my mind...will it be steak or short ribs? Anyone have ideas?

OK...steak it is. Actually, I just talked to Pete and he's thinking steak AND shortribs...a bit of a meat lovers feast.
Now to come up with the rest of the menu...
